By accessing or using  Karcel platform, you agree to follow these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If any part of these Terms does not align with your preferences, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Key Definitions

Karcel: Refers to our company, which operates an online platform facilitating cars inspections, marketing, sales, and related services.

User: Denotes any individual or entity engaging with our services.

Sale Process: Encompasses the procedures for marketing a user's listed 

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

3.1 Access to our services: individuals who are at least 18 years of age, in accordance with our commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant environment

3.2 Account Security: For certain features, account creation may be necessary. Users bear responsibility for maintaining account confidentiality.

4. Our Service Offerings

4.1 Vehicle Inspections: Karcel conducts thorough assessments to determine vehicle condition.

4.2 Marketing Services: We employ various channels to promote listed vehicles, including:

• Featuring vehicles on our dedicated platform
• Utilising social media networks for increased visibility
• Implementing additional marketing strategies as appropriate

5. Purchasing a Vehicle

5.1 Offer Submission: Interested buyers may submit offers on listed vehicles during the specified period.

5.2 Successful Offer: Only an offer accepted by the car seller within the listing period will be considered the successful offer.

5.3 Payment: The buyer with the successful offer must complete payment within the stipulated time frame to complete the purchase.

5.4 Commitment Fees: Commitment fees are required by buyers to ensure their commitment to offers being placed once accepted by the seller. Commitment fees amount is fully refundable to the buyer whether the car is purchased successfully or not and is only deductible if the buyer decides not to proceed with the purchase after the seller accepts the offered price by this buyer. Additional fees may apply for transferring the amount, depending on the payment method used.

5.5 Payment Methods: You can pay using the method that fits you best, cash at our office, bank/wire transfer or through online payment using your credit/debit cards.

6. Selling a Vehicle

6.1 Selling Request: You may submit a request to sell your vehicle through Karcel platform by providing relevant details and scheduling an inspection.

6.2 Vehicle Assessment: Our team will arrange a complimentary inspection of your vehicle, which will include technical evaluations to generate a full inspection report that includes more than 250 detailed checkpoints.

6.3 Platform Listing: Following inspection, your vehicle will be listed on our platform for potential buyers.

6.4 Offer Presentation: Within the listing period, sellers will receive offers from different buyers, and can accept the most suitable offer.

6.5 Offer Acceptance Period: Sellers have a 24-hour window to evaluate and accept any offer, after which the offer is expired and cannot be retrieved.

6.6 Commitment Fees: Commitment fees are required by sellers to ensure the commitment to accepted offers submitted by buyers. Commitment fees amount is fully refundable to the seller whether the car is sold outside or through Karcel, or if the seller wishes to end the listing period without accepting any offers.  Commitment fees amount is only deductible if the seller decides not to proceed with the purchase after accepting an offered price by a buyer.

 7. Transaction Finalization

Upon offer acceptance, Karcel initiates payment processing and facilitates ownership transfer according to the agreed upon terms and conditions.

8. Pricing and Financial Transactions

8.1 Listed prices and offers are subject to modification without advance notice. Definitive prices are established at transaction conclusion after a seller accepts a successful buyer's offer.

8.2 Karcel accommodates diverse payment methods, encompassing bank transfers and card payments.

8.3 Karcel could facilitate the purchase of a seller’s car through one of its financing institute partners according to their terms and conditions.

9. Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies

9.1 Submitted offers are binding and irrevocable.

9.2 Sellers retain the right to remove vehicle listings prior to the commencement of the offer period with a prior notice within the working hours of Karcel.

10. Data Handling and Privacy

Karcel's data collection, usage, and disclosure practices adhere to our established Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including textual material, visual elements, branding, and software remains the exclusive property of Karcel, protected under applicable copyright legislation.

12.Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Karcel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

13.Terms Modification

Karcel reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions. Such modifications take immediate effect upon website publication.

14. Jurisdictional Governance

These Terms and Conditions are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the Egyptian laws and regulations.
